There are many ways to become Flexible. And you just can not achieve flexibility overnight, you have to have the habit of stretching your arms and legs all the time. The first and the most basic rule of stretching is to keep your joints and muscles lubricated. If you can start with low impact stretches and do it slowly everyday then it will be more helpful for you. The environment is also an important factor.
